Attendees who wish to present a 15 minute oral or poster presentation must submit an abstract (400 words maximum) for review. We will waive the conference registration fee of those selected for a presentation or poster.
Those attendees who are presenting a poster or talk may also submit a paper for referee review and possible inclusion in the proceedings. If you don’t submit a paper or it is not selected for inclusion in the proceedings, your abstract will be included in the proceedings. In this case, the abstract maximum number of words limit is doubled to 800 words.
All attendees are encouraged to submit papers for possible inclusion in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science series and we follow their guidelines. They may be found at: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines
Long paper should be 10 to 20+ pages w/ about 300 to 400 words per page. That is variable of course if there are tables or formulas. Short papers are to be 6+ pages.
We invite you to submit your abstract for consideration by visiting the Ex Ordo Submission page. Please create an Ex Ordo account prior to submitting your abstract.
